About M&S Stucco & Stone
A locally owned stucco and masonry company based in Fort Collins, open seven days a week.
Who We Are
M&S Stucco & Stone LLC is owned by Efrain Monroy Sanchez and based in Fort Collins, Colorado. We install and repair stucco, stone veneer, brick and concrete block, and we handle the caulking and painting that protect and finish a wall.
Having all six trades in one company means a wall does not get passed between contractors. The crew that repairs the stucco also seals the joints and paints it, and the crew that builds a block wall can face it with stone or finish it in stucco to match the house.
We work across Fort Collins, Loveland, Wellington, Berthoud, Longmont, Greeley and Boulder, and north into Cheyenne and Laramie, Wyoming — about 80 miles in every direction. We are open Monday through Sunday, 6 AM to 5 PM, serve customers in English and Spanish, agree the price before we start, and give returning customers 10% off.
What We Stand For
Reliability
We show up when we say we will, keep you updated as the job goes, and finish what we agreed to do.
Respect
We treat your home like our own — surroundings protected while we work, and the site cleaned up before we leave.
Quality
Sound base layers, sealed joints and finishes matched to the house. The details that decide how a wall looks and holds up years from now.
Community
We are based in Fort Collins and work for our neighbors across Northern Colorado and southern Wyoming. Returning customers get 10% off.
Our Mission
Build and repair walls that look right and keep the weather out for years — with sound layers underneath, sealed joints, and finishes that match the house. Treat every customer like a neighbor and earn the next job with the quality of this one.
Our Promise
A clear price agreed before we start, honest advice about what your wall actually needs, and a clean site when we leave.
