Most water damage starts at a gap. Where stucco, stone and siding meet windows, doors, trim and each other, the joint needs a flexible seal that moves with the house through Colorado's hot days and freezing nights. We cut out cracked and failed caulk, clean and prepare the joint, and lay a neat, continuous bead that keeps water and drafts out.

Our Process

1

Walk the House

We look at every joint and point out where the seal has failed or is missing.

2

Remove Old Caulk

Failed caulk is cut out so the new seal bonds to clean material.

3

Prepare the Joint

Joints are cleaned and dried, and backing is added where a gap is deep.

4

Seal

A continuous bead is applied and tooled smooth for a clean, watertight finish.
